Comes with led board. Clear lens(some are Optic lenses some are non optic) and diffuser.
Plugs into aux or cruise circuit. 12V positive and ground
 
Just have your own logo/sticker made to fit in the opening
These are a steady burn head that glows your logo

I can have some logos made, and some common ones are listed on the site
