Whelen edge series lighted sign kits. These CLEARANCE models have LED diodes out not something that will hinder operation
Hard to find.
Comes with led board. Clear lens(some are Optic lenses some are non optic) and diffuser.
Plugs into aux or cruise circuit. 12V positive and ground
 
Just have your own logo/sticker made to fit in the opening
These are a steady burn head that glows your logo

I can have some logos made, and some common ones are listed on the site

Replaces the black center 8.5" lens on edge 9000 style light bars
