Cut frame for building a mini whelen 9U or FREEDOM bar at 28"

FRAME CUT AT 24.25" to make a finished size of 28"

These are cut to size and will not have the end cutouts like factory
If i have a factory mini frame i will send that but NOT guaranteed

for the 12" endcaps
